I have lived in France since 2001 and speak English and French, I am here to help put in place your perfect day.

The Lot, where I am based is a beautiful department situated in the south west of France. Offering some breathtaking places to stay it is an ideal location to hold your perfect wedding or function.

Working within the wedding industry throughout my career, I pride myself on finding you the perfect setting and putting in place your dream wedding. With great passion I can help you to organise the perfect celebration for your special day.

I can help with minor details or the whole event.

Following a meeting or phone call I shall then:

• Propose venues to fit your group size and budget.

• Source local service providers that fit to your requirements

• Put a costing together for catering, drinks, entertainment, DJ, live music, transport, flowers, hair and makeup, photographer/video and any other special requests.

On your behalf I will visit potential venues, put together menus and gather any samples for decoration and colour schemes.

I can put together a step by step wedding schedule, propose and book wedding accommodation, organise additional wedding activities such as beauty treatments, massage or wine tasting.

Provide on-site coordination on the day of the wedding, table decoration, large decorative items and flowers.

I have connections with various photographers who have different styles.

Videographer to capture the event before, during and after.

I am in contact with some of the best musicians in the area, whether its traditional, rock, pop or contemporary music, I can source the music required to give the perfect atmosphere for your wedding.

I have a number of contacts each with different ideas and skills, to fit into your style or theme.

Wedding Carriages and Cars

Transportation in traditional French horse and cart, or classic cars, what ever your dream.

Transportation for large and small parties

If you need help with transporting your guests I can provide help; small or large buses , horse and carts or chauffeur driven cars.

Others

I can arrange hair stylists and beauticians to visit and fine tune the look of the bride and groom and guests.

Table decoration and style to match your colour scheme,possible to work with our partner business 

Source required decorations for the perfect setting whether large or small.

Ensure that all elements required to make your day perfect are in place, making sure that you can relax and enjoy the day knowing that it will run smoothly.

Manu and I used Julie to plan/coordinate our wedding in Cenevieres, France, and honestly could not have imagined it occurring any other way. From the beginning her communication and attention to detail was impressive and incredibly reassuring given that we had to do 90% of the planning overseas. When our original wedding date (summer 2020) had to shift due to Covid and multiple vendors were unable to adjust, Julie had our backs and made sure we were taken care of. All of her recommendations panned out magnificently, and every part of the wedding ran better than we could have ever imagined, thanks to her dedication and the talented coordination of her staff. If you are thinking twice about hiring a planner; don't- I can't imagine throwing an event of such magnitude (even with sub 100 guests) without one- there are way more moving parts than anyone can possibly account for and yet Julie does so with ease. 10/10 would recommend to any couples planning their destination wedding in France, or anywhere else in the world for that matter- being bilingual was also a huge plus, given the American/French blend of guests and vendors alike. Julie was wonderful and I’d highly recommend her.

We planned our wedding from London and having Julie on the ground to help with suppliers/contracts in the run up was so helpful.

We had lots of calls to make sure everything was in place and to give us her advice (Julie really does think of everything!). Julie helped us decorate and in the end the festoon lights and decorations were perfect, just what I had hoped for.

Julie came to the chateau the day before and did a rehearsal with us all. As soon as she arrived, she was professional, friendly and I felt like she lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Her daughter Zoe helped out too and was brilliant.

On the day, Julie took total control so I didn’t worry about anything. Her organisation meant that I could fully enjoy the day and everything went as planned thanks to Julie.

We did have a slight issue at the chateau but Julie’s language skills helped us to sort it out quickly and without a big fuss.

I’ve loved working with Julie and having her as part of our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you!
